Potiki Matariki Breakfast

This week in Potiki we have been celebrating Matariki. We read a story called 'Matariki Breakfast' and then had our own breakfast with toast and hot chocolate! Yum! Some children have been writing their own Pepehas and saying them in class. Well done.

In RE we have been learning about Joshua and the Battle of Jericho and then dramatised walking around the city.

Finally, we had a lovely time on our trip to the museum and saw lots of amazing carvings that told us the story of Kupe.
